Program to monitor and control components?

Hey guys. I am looking for a program/multiple programs that allow me to monitor and control my components on my newly built computer. By this I mean, view the temperature of all components, fan spin rate, adjust the fan spin rate, make my graphics card and processor run to their max/min/average potential, improve my FPS, shut any un nessercary programs and any other features along this line.

I do, but in the Gigabyte folder, only a few things come up that aren't from the utilities section.
