Question PSU making weird noise under load only

not coil whine, that sounds like the fan is worn out or out of balance due to dust buildup. If you can see dust on the fan you could try taking the PSU out of the case and blowing compressed air through the grill to get the dust off the fan (do not take the PSU apart), a clean fan might help

but if it's an unbranded unit it's probably very poor quality anyway and it would serve you better to replace it for a more reliable one

[edit] you're sure the sound is from the PSU? it could be a case fan, or something else

Alright I'll give it a try to clean it out

Yeah I think so just because the sound is loudest near the PSU rather then the back fan
