I have to agree on this point. I don't like G3D either for anything in depth. If it turns on, looks good, comes with a manual and the cables are sleeved, they give it a thumbs up. I want to know what's inside and at least some basic tenets of how it holds up under testing. JG, HardOCP, RealhardtechX, Tom's Hardware and Hardware secrets is pretty much it for me.

I like HardOCP, but something about the whole design of their website (the pitch black background) as well as the organization of their testing drives me nuts.

What I do find interesting and like is how HardOCP tests different input voltages.

Most sites I just don't like how they organize their data. Jonnyguru does a great job of making the review into a good organized fashion. Same with Tomshardware, I like the Toms and Techpowerup rveiews.

Whereas I prefer the black background. Coming from a mIRC background where basic was white background with black lettering which would quickly bring out the eyestrain headaches, I find black letters on a light grey or light pink letters on a black background much easier to use over long term.

I had to lift our old CRT TV and sell it...

Its an ok PSU i would say probably tier 3

Nahh, it's better than that. Tier 2.

Lets be safe and say 3

Why exactly do you think it should be Tier 3?

Well i know its not a tier 1, and im not sure if its a tier 2. It definately isnt a tier 4 so im guessing 3 to be safe. You probably know more than me so if you say its tier 2, this ''and im not sure if its a tier 2'' changes into now i know its a tier 2
