Forget about the old question I asked about the case and cpu cooler fittings. I decided i'd buy a new case and my pc is on my left bcs there is no space on the right for it, so I googled some inverted pc cases and found one that looks good and has good reviews, and that is Sharkoon Rev200. Buuuut one problem again, ugh. The NZXT Kraken x53 I bought fits as it says on PC Part Picker and I checked their site for measurments. But now, on their site it says GPU supported up to 32cm which is 320mm and on PC Part Picker it says it fits GPU's up to 285mm..

PC Part Picker:

Official site:
https://www.sharkoon.com/product/28160

Now I am still deciding whether to go for the 3080 or the Ti version, but I saw their dimensions and all of them are almost above 300 mm. For example I looked at ZOTAC's 3080 AMP Holo or something like that and it's 317mm. So should I trust the PC Part Picker or their site? What went wrong... I emailed sharkoon. And for PSU I think I will go for the RM 750 Corsair, it should be enough for 3080 ti and r7 3700x right, I mean yeah other things count in as well but these are the two major one's.

Solution
Maybe these pictures will help.

The PSU Shroud has a step down feature, so depending on where your PCIE Slot is, will tell you how much clearance you have. If you have a mini ITX board, where the PCIE slot is further to the right, then you are constrained by the small length restricted. If you have a larger board with multiple slots, you will be able use the large clearance side.

B450 Aorus Elite has 2 slots similar to the one pictured, so even if you couldnt fit it in one slot, you could in the other.

Zotacs wesbite is down so I can't verify the length of that card or the PSU requirement.
The way I see it the case has limit 285 mm only for GPU installed on ITX motherboard. If you use any other size of board then limit is 320. That's because ITX board have PCIe slot 'higher' then other size boards (because the board is smaller), and here GPU in this slot would run into PSU chamber, thus smaller clearance.

Thanks for the answer, but how do I know if my mobo is ITX?

Solution
Soooo, I could fit a 3080 Ti in there right? That means a 320 mm gpu would fit there right?
That's problematic. With 320 clearance I would not expect 317 mm long card would fit. It MIGHT fit but not necessarily. Generally you want at least 5mm longer clearance then card's length, sometimes even more (if the card has power plugs at the end instead of side).

Oh yeah true wait let me check where the ZOTAC 3080 has power plugs

Looks like
Yeah exactly it says 32.3 cm which isn't 320 like it said somewhere I found. And that's around 5 ish mm

It has them on the side so it should be good right?
Well, like I said I wouldn't be comfortable here. Technically, 317 is less then 320.

Ahh, and here's the problem. You see those numbers are often not accurate - because when rounding conversions from inches to mm (or the other way around) errors appear. So the case might have 320 or 323 clearance.

Bruh, I contacted the company but no answer yet..

That bottom piece is just shrouding, you could cut a notch if you have clearance issues. It even looks like that piece is removable,

I have the case and the piece is indeed removable if anyone still cares
