Have you seen http://www6.tomshardware.com/cpu/20041213/index.html Just make sure you get the fanmate2. I would get the alcu model.

I just got Zalman CNPS7000B-cu with fanmate2. The temp dropped bu more then 8C degrees. Just waiting for those 100 hours for Arctic Silver 5 to set.

CNPS7000B-cu or the CNPS7000B-alcu

alcu might actually cool better because aluminum dissipates heat faster, and its pretty cheap. if you have good case circulation you can usually put it on low fan speed, and its literally inaudiable

Zalman offers an adapter allowing you to use the CNPS7000 on socket 775. The CNPS7700 is natively socket 775 and it’s a more efficient cooler because it’s larger, which is of course also it’s disadvantage. I’d recommend the CNPS7700-Alcu, aluminium DOES NOT conduct heat better than copper, but it’s lighter and not as expensive, still a CNPS7700-Alcu cools more than a CNPS7000-Cu which both costs and weighs about the same, you should be able to use that one with low fan-speed with your processor. If you want serious cooling go for the CNPS7700-Cu, it weighs over 900 grams, or about 2 ibs, however.
