Yes but this Genetic Weapon guy is believed to be a God among Men, he hand selects his cards as passed down from the Gods on Mount Vesuvius (you'd think Olympus, but no Vesuvius), he then takes the cards and proves if they are worthy, if not he sends them back to the Gods as a burnt offering fitting of the storied volcanic mountain.
Should you get a card, you must first burn in your VPU (let it run 3+hrs on a 3dmark loop), then download a good OC'ing tool (Rage3Dtweak from Rage3D.com is easy to start with), then independant increase one at a time either your core or your memory and find out where they max out seperately, then do them both together at slightly lower frequencies and see how that goes, then push them up from there and see where you get clean & clear stability.
Overclocking is definitely something to do on a card to card basis, because there unfortunately isnt a Global standard, except for something like the BBA R9600Pro where almost all card can reach 500/350 without issue (of course this is below the average, but a good midline). Such will be the case with your card, you may get higher OCs than GW or Lower, but the thing is to not fry your card trying to match anyone else's results until you find where your card likes to play.
