[SOLVED] Rams with different voltage

I use 8gb DDR4 2400mhz ram right now. I am adding additional 8gb DDR4 3000mhz ram stick (same brand). I checked the specs of both and I found out that the former uses 1.2 voltage and the latter uses 1.35 voltage. If I run them together will I have to overclock the old ram stick to 1.35 voltage or will the motherboard automatically sync the voltages(because the 3000mhz stick will get underclocked to 2400hz). Also will they run in dual channel mode?

If they will even work together they should run 2400 1.2 volts the other says 1.35 that is what it needs to run at 3600.
