As title states, the file is named "e55c8a27-b606-495a-b70f-a54c5c29a639 E55c8a27-b606-495a-b70f-a54c5c29a639" Obviously google is no help with that random string of characters.

I'm hoping one of you lovely people might be able to shed a bit of light on it?

Thanks in advance :)

If there is nothing malicious about it, do you have any idea how I would remove it from showing in startup? If not I may just reinstall as it will annoy me.

Run something like Malwarebytes or Hitman Pro. Remove all threats identified, if any.

https://www.hitmanpro.com/en-us

The free trial versions will suffice.
Further digging and back tracking on my actions has lead me to an answer. Since I deleted "Once human" on steam the other day it has left that dodgy looking file, seems a few people have also noted it being weird. Have removed it from reg editor and all is fine now. Thanks for replying and showing me something better than base windows def.

Have a good day/evening :)
