~$700 that build is.

I would go AMD quite honestly, you'll be saving money but also getting a build enough for you to play Diablo 3 and most titles at max settings. It's not about CPU, it's about GPU for gaming.

Examples:
BF3: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/2055/5/
Borderlands 2: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/2055/6/

Quite honestly, with your budget, AMD is solid specially with the new Piledriver chips, the FX-6300 is a solid chip and with Microcenter, you save even more.

Check out my $650 build here:

With the discount from Microcenter on the FX-6300, you'll total at only $600. Much less than the Intel build. I'd even drop down from the 7870 to the 7850 if you're worried about budget, that'll save you roughly $50 which would bring you well within your budget.

Get the 3570k it is only $10 more, and microcenter gives you $50 off the better asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard = $264.98

G.Skill F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL 8gb 1866 ddr3 1.5v memory $29.99 at newegg

Dump the ssd at this budget it's something you should buy down the road because it gives you exactly 0 fps for the money.

and the ocz power supply is terrible, the Corsair CX500 is $59.99 at newegg with a $10 rebate.

the sapphire 7850 1gb, it comes with far cry 3 for free. $189.99 comes with $15 rebate.

The antec is good, I have it, but for the budget I would recommend the Rosewill REDBONE Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower it's $29.99 with free shipping in newegg.

Just some ideas to help you along. Good luck.
