Question Rgb fan problem. Roughly 1/4 of one fan led stopped working

I have managed to get all my 4 rgb fans working and connected to a controller. All was well and I had full control of them and all worked great. The next day one of my fans has from 12-3 (clock face) seemingly dead leds.

Thermaltake have a number of AIO's in their portfolio, not to mention a couple of more with RGB on them, which model do you have?

It'd help us two fold if you could include images of how you hooked up the fans to your controller. Does shuffling the fan connections around change the way the fan's LED behaves? If the AIO's fans are brand new(out of the box) then you should RMA the cooler/fans after you've contacted your seller and/or Thermaltake.

Thanks for reply. How do I add photos. The "missing bulbs" have now randomly come back on. But they are just static and the rest of the fan is still responding to set lighting.
