Hi there, my Samsung 860 QVO 1 TB is running much slower than should (from what I've researched), I'm using AHCI mode and I've plugged the SSD into SATA0 .
I've also made sure that I updated the drive using SAMSUNG Magician. Everything from what it seems should be fine, but the SSD is still not running at the right performance. My main concern is the write speeds. Read speeds seem reasonable.
Specifications:
**
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200Mhz 32GB RAM (16GBx2)
GPU: GIGABYTE NVIDIA 1060 3GB
**
MOBO: Aorus Z390 AORUS PRO (Socket 1151/Z390 Express/DDR4/S-ATA 600/ATX)
SSD: Samsung 860 QVO 1 TB SATA
**
I'd also like to note that I have changed the SATA cable once, to another one provided with the Z390 AORUS PRO.
This is also a quite new drive, I only got it in January via Amazon.
