I have 1 Drive that has become Unconfigured Bad (Unsupported), there is also a red orangish light at the drive.

I want to try to fix this, I have searched many tutorial, like here: https://support.siliconmechanics.com/portal/en/kb/articles/recovering-foreign-unconfigured-bad-drives
but in that article on step 4, it says I need to choose "Make Uncof Good", but for some reason, the choice that available only "Locate" and "Stop Locate" without "Make Uncof Good".

so I have tried another tutorial like here:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGJQ519pPEM

it using the software MegaRaid, and when I click the bad drive it has the choice to make uncof good, but when I click it shows the error "Operation Failed : ErrorCode = 0xc"

is there any way to fix this ? or at least get the data inside to copy it to another disk.
