Question SAS Unconfigured Bad error code 0xc when set to unconfigured good

I have 1 Drive that has become Unconfigured Bad (Unsupported), there is also a red orangish light at the drive.

I want to try to fix this, I have searched many tutorial, like here: https://support.siliconmechanics.co...es/recovering-foreign-unconfigured-bad-drives
but in that article on step 4, it says I need to choose "Make Uncof Good", but for some reason, the choice that available only "Locate" and "Stop Locate" without "Make Uncof Good".

so I have tried another tutorial like here:

it using the software MegaRaid, and when I click the bad drive it has the choice to make uncof good, but when I click it shows the error "Operation Failed : ErrorCode = 0xc"

is there any way to fix this ? or at least get the data inside to copy it to another disk.

see now, reading again, it is pretty much for raids and some linux stuff so don't know if it really can help.
