Seagate internal Hard Drive Not Recognized.

I am installing a couple 1Tb internal hard drives into my desktop, but when powered up the computer does not recognize the drives and they do not show up in the menu. everything is connected and they power up. I have had this problem before but can not remember how to get the computer to recognize them.

go to disk management, locate the 1tb drive and format it with ntfs. after formatting the drive will be recognised
