Question Serious system and pc problems, black screens, and mini freezes while in or out of gaming!

So i got a problem where you know the sound of a blue screen of death rigth? imagine that crashing sound but for 1 second, or half of it, that is what happens with my computer, its mini freezes and also sometimes i get 2 black or blue screens of death in less than 10 minutes! its driving me crazy, im worried about my pc health and the future for it, specs: Ryzen 5 1600, rx 580, 16gb ram, and yes, my temperatures are great, or just normal, thanks for your time : )
