It is a nice looking case though. I would probably keep my existing Ubuntu 10.04 install and dual boot windows.

Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I am surprised they didn't include a monitor. On 2nd thought, maybe I will turn it into a headless server.

I remember win we hit the 1ghz mark, had a limited edition hp, thought i was king, years later who would have thought we would hit such offerings like:
AZZA Hurricane 2000 Gaming Chassis
Intel Core i7-940 2.93 GHz 8M Intel Smart Cache LGA1366
Asetek 570LX Liquid Cooling system w/ 240MM Radiator and Dual Fans
24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive
INTERNAL 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer
1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
Optical USB 3 Buttons Gaming Keyboard and Mouse
6GB (2GBx3) DDR3/1600MHz Triple Channel
GigaByte GA-X58A-UD3R Intel X58 Chipset
Onboard Gigabit LAN Network
Microsoft(r) Windows(r) 7 Home Premium (64-bit Edition)
800 Watts - Power Supply

This would be almost as hard as guessing how may candy corns were in that case last winter... oh wait or the fact that they always tease you with hardware that is so awesome the benchmarks really scream intel or AMD and as soon as you make up your mind they put out another benchmark match up .. seriously i check this site like religiously because a lot of the most current tech news is found here .. there for a while when the ipad was coming out there were a lot of apple bashers .. seriously i would trade my laptop for just a few parts in that machine .. but realistically I'm a dreamer and i love tech. It would be like hitting the powerball for me .. ehh thanks for reading! by the way those system builder tests are really helpful ..

I would like to have a chance. I could really use a powerful computer that can handle multiple screens and Operating Systems. I am in university.

[citation][nom]deboyzfun[/nom]will newegg hate me if i win this system, because i didn't buy the parts there.[/citation]
Not if you send Newegg approximately $1300 to say you're sorry.

Aren't those the same general steps for having a terminal illness? Is Tom's not telling us something?

Hehe Tom's hardware is up to no good! Teasing the public with free stuff. :) Well cheers to you guys. Thanks for putting reviews and articles up for all us to know about. You're part of our education system believe it or not! You're the first people the public can turn to for reviews are anything that's hot. I swear some of you must be gamers behind there since you have gaming ideas such as 3 or 4 SLI in mind. You know only gamers would be interested in such things. Thank you!

Hi Tomshware! I have been checking this website for almost 2 years now but today I signed up for this amazing chance to win this crazy rig! Now only if I will receive a account confirmation email from you guys :/

I'll comment, I have no idea why the system they are giving away has a Sata III drive on a normal 7200RPM mechanical Drive, I think I saw an article on Tom's showing that this has no really advantage on the newer Sata III standard as it will never saturate the connection. Sata III is more applicable to future Mass storage tech such as SSD and whatever the future may hold. Putting it on a drive like this is more of a marketing gimmick. No substantial performance increase with a mechanical drive on Sata 3.0 vs Sata 6.0

Well if you make it to page 31/32, maybe You'll pick me for the win.

That has the same motherboard as my 980x system - I wonder how well she overclocks? The one thing I wish when I built my rig is that I could have gone with all watercooling.

Funny how fast a thread about giving something away turns into a rage. You guys have a great chance to win compared to other contest in which 5k people apply the number here is far fewer.

Beware tom's is peddling drugs, obviously this is nothing more then a drug deal, a little give away here and there just to keep you hooked on posting. I mean when i started out i was just an Newcomer but now... now i'm a regular.

OH MY GOD!

You have an i7-980X? Sweet! I wish I had one of those. Then again, I'd settle for anything that isn't ancient, haha.
