Sli 7800GT and dual screens...

Hello good sirs....

I just got my second 7800GT card, and hooked it all up... now ive ran into a little problem...
I have a dual screen set up, and without running SLi, it works fine...
the second i turn SLi mode on in my settings, the second screen stops working...
i tried the trouble shooter and such but to no avail.
it does show a 2nd screen in my desktop properties, but its gray, and when i click on extend dektop.. and aply, it does nothing but go back to the gray monitor sign..

has anyone had this before? and got any suggestions??

u cant be serious... thts pretty sucky...

ok so if thts the case, why do companies like dell and alienware sell more thn 1 screen to yah if u configure an SLi computer?..?
is tht jus another way of getting us, consumers, to spend money where it aint neccesary???
