Question so this weird thing happened on my screen

first time happened but what i did was adjust the core clock on my graphics card a bit more (in amd radeon settings). I only did it for one specific game and a few minutes later im met with this gray/white vertical line screen error. any idea what this means? im reverting the changes and will keep u all updated

You OCed too much, reduce your overclock.
