And what sources do you do you use to back up your statement "handheld computers that most people use to access the internet nowadays"?

Phones for instance had about 3.8% of all the browser sessions in Jan 2011 according to Netmarketshare, what do you assume the rest are from? Green little men using their yet uninvented portable trans dimensional rift browsers?

Facts - Explorer enjoys about 56% of the browser marketshare and firefox has another 22.7% add those two and reduce the number of W7 phones that use IE and you have that "inverse incline" you were mentioning.

Sorry bud, facts not reality distortions!
