Hello, I'm encountering an odd issue with my new build. About every 3-5 boots (it seems to be completely random) it will power on, post with the usual progress wheel, but then instead of booting windows, it just gives a black screen. The monitor is still receiving a signal, but its just black, the only thing I can do at this point is hold power button down to cut power, and restart. Once I restart, everything boots up like normal, runs perfectly. Every now and again a second restart will be required, so it's a dice roll every boot. I can always get into BIOS and it always insists everything is fine. I've tried different RAM slots and sticks, so it's not the RAM. I've also migrated windows to a different m.2 drive and the issue persists, so it's not the drive.

appears you are using two separate 2x 16GB kits?

try each kit one at a time in DIMM slots A_2 / B_2.
and make sure you have the packaged kits grouped together, not mixed up.
Tried both seperate kits on their own, and the problem persists. Bios always recognizes them, and when windows boots they function fine, not mixing and matching, each pair is in the matched channel slots.
