I starting streaming recently, and my game never lags, my frames don't drop or anything, my computer runs exactly the same as when I'm not streaming. However, when I look at my stream, the quality is great, but the fps is terrible. I have watched multiple videos and tried many different settings changing my bit rates, changing from NVENC(gpu) to x264(cpu), and the issue remains the same. I play all types of games, Overwatch, R6 Seige, League of Legends, Apex Legends, and the problem occurs in the more demanding ones, but not the easy ones like league. Any advice on some settings to change on twitch, my computer, or on Streamlabs OBS would be greatly appreciated

My specs are:
CPU: i3 8350k
GPU: NVidia GeForce 1060sc
RAM: 8 gb
Screen: 3840x2160, 60 hz
