Question Sudden FPS Drop After Power Cut

Hi, My FPS in games has dropped from around 250 to 40 fps after a power cut. My power supply has OVP so i dont think it is a power surge issue but everything seems fine except the 40 FPS.

My Computer -

MSI 1080ti
Intel I7 8700K
ASUS Z370 Prime
G Skill 16Gb DDR4 3200Mhz
1tb Samsung SSD
4tb Seagate Hardrive
EVGA 750W Power Supply

I have tried updating drivers and i also tried a system restore but it failed to extract a file.

The cause might be WER(Windows Error Reporting) files, from corrupted files that makes WER write huge amount of .logs(From 15 to 227 GB for my PC), which makes your storage slows down(Very slow for HDD's); try cleaning it.
