Hello, everyone! On wednesday I could stream csgo with an average of 160-170 fps and stream at 1080p60 fps with 6-8 CPU usage. But yesterday I wanted to stream again. The CPU usage was all the time around 14-16%. And in game I was getting only around 80-100 frames. When I went streaming obs gave me a message, saying there was something wrong and I had to check if my drivers were up to date. Checked nvidia and in case needed a windows update. Both did not have a new update. I changed nothing.

Hopefully you can help me...

Greetings, Jobjanusz

Check and see what System Resource Monitor says about your CPU after you've booted into OS GUI and when idling. Speaking of system, list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Check and see if your motherboard BIOS is up to date.

Hello, everyone! I'm at my wits end. I have gotten lately around 3 weeks ago, much fps drops in game. I have done fps benchmarks multiple times. And got results like 200 fps on average. But in game sometimes I think drops to 80-90 when there are a couple molytovs/smokes or a couple people in front of me. Especially on inferno b-site. It's litterly unplayable... I have to mention too that I use a 144 Hz monitor. Also I benchmarked my pc at https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/. And now it says my GPU is performing below expectations, while a week ago it said it was "way above expectations". Plus a week ago my hard drive was below expectations and now it's way above expectations. So I don't know what to do with it. Is my CPU a bottleneck for my GPU? Is that the problem?

CPU: i5-7400
GPU: GTX 1060 6 GB

Full specs?
Also, UserBenchmark scores depend on a lot of factors. For example, your system hard drive is almost always in use in some way or another. When you benched it and it got a great score, that probably just meant it was being used less in the background than the average.
