Hey,

I recently upgraded my system from an RTX 4060 to an AMD RX 7900 XTX. Unfortunately, I installed an old driver version and am now unable to boot. This is the edition I chose (I was told it would be most compatible with my system):

AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition

Revision Number
Adrenalin 24.8.1 (WHQL Recommended)

My specs are

MSI Z790 Gaming Pro WiFi

Intel i9 13900k

PowerColor RX 7900 XTX Red Devil

2 x 32gb DDR5 Corsair Vengeance

Corsair RM750e (in the process of getting an upgrade)

Any ideas on how I can fix it? I'm getting the EZ Debug white LED which corresponds to VGA. Could it be that my GPU is connected to the PSU with one PCIe cable and two more that are daisy chained? I can't even get it to boot.

UPDATE: It just booted up for some reason :shrug

I updated the software, and will be restarting it to see if that fixed it...

UPDATE 2:

Well it's working fine now? I guess I'm good to go. I think maybe it drew too much power or something? We'll see later once I get the 1000w psu.
