My daughter is having trouble with her computer and was wondering if there
something we can do. They have a Compaq Presario with window XP. They tried
to use system restore and other computer check list and all shows up is blank
page. She talked to the people with her computer and they told her she should
buy Symantec Norton Antivirus 2005 and Webroot spy sweeper. She was wondering
how this would fix it? Also she has a web site she likes to post on and it
won't let her.
She also got a message saying something is wrong with the browser. She
tried to buy something and that was the message she got. Also she has AOL and
she can't have the computer check up because it does the same thing blank
page.
She has insurance too and they told her they don't come out for that problem
that why they told her to buy the other things.
Hope this makes since as it hard to write the problem.
