Haha, I found this hilarious Youtube video. These computer engineers did a test where they took a perfectly good computer and unplugged the SATA power connector. They took it to various repair shops around towns. All the local repair shops found the problem instantly, but there was one place that recommended something else... The Geek Squad. They said that the hard drive was broken, it would be $70 for diagnosis, and $580 for a new hard drive, and the computer had a virus. When it was in fact, an unplugged SATA cable. Just shows you how much of a joke and rip off the place is. And then the corporate head or someone writes a bull crap letter back about the test about how they're taking the misdiagnosis very seriously.
