The latest drivers for nvidia was a huge boost for games! I haven't tested it yet, but when I upgraded to 8.1, I got a 5-10fps diff on BF4, and yet to see how much boost it gave with the drivers. Software really helps a lot lol.

As for xp, I won't have a machine running XP anymore, but I have to remember it. It was one of the reasons why I love computers, I was still using xp till 2009 when I got my new pc with windows 7. 2014, and now I'm using windows 8.1

God I still remember those bulky computer monitors from Dell in the labs as a kid lol. The dickish move that the school board did, is that they went NSA mode, and had a revamp in the software. So the teachers could watch us, and remotely control our computers. We couldn't play games anymore haha. After finishing highschool, they were still using those old bulky monitors and they sucked soooooooooooooooooo much. They even had somewhat of a budget to put macs!!!!!!!

A lot of schools use XP still, and they're going to have to spend a lot of money to windows 7 or 8, IT guys to install, and use the same software to control our computer + new computers. They'll have to do that, kids in high school are pretty smart if you ask me....them young hackers.

I'm surprised you miss the sales when the game came out. The game went as low as 19.99$ on origin.

My friend has a laptop with a gt425m and it's supported with that drver, he told me that Sony didn't do anything with the drivers, so it doesn't work for him. Sucks for him, it would of added more performance for BF4.

I agree on all points. The offset voltage is great being voltage will idle with clock speeds. And yes LLC should be in the manual.

The most recent BETA drivers for Nvidia have HUGE performance gains as well.

They are definitely good drivers.

What's Mantel?
Now I look like a newb.

My first custom water cooled machine, So what do you guy's think about it and where can I improve?

No after the video card the flow go up to the second radiator at the top of the case and then out
to cool the motherboard and cpu.

Mantle, is a API from AMD, similar to DirectX. (Which we use right now normally) But what the good part about mantle is the idea of using the CPU and GPU more efficiently, so basically use less of the CPU and use more of the GPU instead. You could say it might eliminate bottlenecking from a weaker CPU with a stronger GPU. Mantle isn't fully complete, so it'll take time for game developers to take interest in, and actually use it.(Currently, thief and BF4 are the big titles using mantle) I would say Mantle is a great idea, but we have to see if it'll actually take off and be what AMD visions it to be.

You can read more about it on WIkipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantle_(API)

It looks great! You don't have to improve anything, but my question would be....1200 watts? You planning to crossfire later on?
