I have a SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 570 4GB graphics card. I do not like its standard fan control when they turn off to 50 degrees, and after 50 they turn on, but they work at low speeds and because of this, my video card heats up. I created my own curve in MSI Afterburner. But my fan speed drops to 0 RPM every 10-15 seconds and then comes back as configured on my curve. I tried to reinstall the drivers, and also in the amd settings to turn off the zero rpm option, and also change the curve, but it did not help. I noticed that this happens when the video card is under heavy load. Can someone please help?

IF you installed Radeon Settings alongside the gpu driver: I believe you need to uninstall Radeon Settings or Msi Afterburner. It, and Afterburner do not get along, if I recall correctly.
I uninstalled msi and it didn't help. This happens from about the moment when the GPU reaches 55 degrees
