Then you can start worrying about meI'm coming to get ya!
I have a lot of ground to cover though.
Here's another weird one. I'm about to get bumped by EntityAnomly down to #29 but I pulled up his numbers and he's doing 18-21 CPU's vs my 3 yet he's only doing 3x the points. It's as if he's running a farm of Pentium 300's.
What are the stats on your rigs?
Ok, well that makes more sense. In reality those P2's and P3's probably aren't doing much compared the rest but you're probably getting a bump every once in a while from them.
In your settings, if you're using the graphical client, under the connection tab there's a setting for using packets larger than 5MB. Check that on machines with a respectable amount of memory.
The benchmark is done each time the FAH client is started. If you start it with the option "-verbosity 9" (either through command-line or short-cut) you get the result of your benchmark in your logfile. It's this benchmark our ranking © by Spitfire_x86 and © by Sparky853 uses. The second link also explains the method to get the benchmark-score in detail.I know that Stanford uses a benchmark score to determine WU's. Does anyone know how to reset it, or where it's stored?
edit: re EntityAnomly: big packet option was already explained in detail, I guess... -- I wouldn't have told you, of course as you are already a threat to me, projected date of takeover in Feb 2012. It's never to early to start to worry, isn't it?![]()
