So atm i have a Antec Sonata III 500 incl psu and a i5 2310 2.9Ghz and a gtx 1050 and 8 gb ram. But i wanted to upgraded all three of them to a i7 3770, sapphire radeon rx 590 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K12KNHG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1) and 16 gb of ram. Now my queston is will all these components fit in my case? And does the i7 come with a stock cooler and will it be good enough or would i need to buy a different fan but i don't know which cpu fan fits in my case.

Solution
The 3770 usually does come with a stock cooler yes. On the older models it's the unlocked K CPUs that don't come with stock cooling.

I cannot find a spec sheet for your case, you'll need to find this and then it should tell you the maximum video card length it can hold. The case is about 48cm in depth, the card is around 32cm, so you've got 16cm clearance but that's not including the drive bays, so it could well infringe on there, but without the spec sheet I'm speculating.

Also just remember the pre built cases tend to come with really poor quality PSUs, something worth considering. See point 1 here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...when-selecting-parts-for-a-custom-pc.3510178/

First of all thank you for the info, second i really did want to upgrade the PSU but for that i need to remove the mobo or else it won't come out if i'm not mistaken. And i'm not that good with computers to take out a whole mobo and everything so basicly i'm stuck with it. And it seems the max lenght for gpu is 10,5 inch which is not enough for rx 590 no?

Which is about 27cm, so the GPU will probably conflict with the drive bays unfortunately.

And yes I understand but it's not difficult once you get some prior research done. You shouldn't need to remove the MB to swap the PSU, just have to unplug the PSU from all other components (incl MB) before removing it.

Do you know any gpu that is equal to the rx 590 or gtx 1060 6gb that will fit then?
