The fan will come with thermal paste already on it.

it will still work it just might need a update. if you are worried about it get a different MOBO

Also, get a better PSU. that one is pretty crappy even though it is corsair.

Would you recommend an EVGA NEX750G Gold? The 750w would be good if I wanted to crossfire in the future?

yes i would. its a good PSU. but im willing to bet this is cheaper and i would recommend it over that

So do you think that's it for all my parts? Will my build run well and is it pretty good for my $1000 AUD budget?

Yeah looks good. I would say you did a good job of spending where it will matter. nothing i can think of that i would change other than the gpu but that's just due to personal preference. I'd say go for it. Feel free to message me if you have any further questions.
