New build, I tried to spend a little time making it look clean, however I did end up having to use garden ties to secure my top-mounted fans, as I didn't have the necessary screws.

{EDIT} Sorry about the photos being on the side, tinypic did that..

Thanks, it's only my second one and I'm hooked, going to be doing this for years to come.
Umm, yes probably, I mean i did secure them really well through every corner mount, gave them a little movement test and they seemed pretty good.
What can vibrations do? Decrease fan efficiency?

Howdy partners.

Been holding off posting these before replacing a tired old HDD.
Imgur has done its party piece and thrown in some JPEG artifact, but here we go:

I still think the C70 is one of the best mid-towers made to date, although, it would have been nicer if the cable holes were closer to the mobo.

@Distello

I'm absolutely loving the colour scheme going on there. And i love the look of those fans, they seem so tech!

Do you use those HDD cage fans for intake as well?

Dat 1 red fan though. :pt1cable:

Haha, figured the red to white went with the sticker on the power supply.
Yup, those fans are intake, those drive cages are awfully restrictive of airflow though.

Thanks dude!
Nice build yourself sir.

Not a gamer - Just built this little Micro Desktop for my business.
- Custom built the chassis / laser cut acrylic
- Micro size, only 7.75 x 7.75 x 2.25"
- AMD AM1 5350
- ASRock AM1H-ITX Mobo with 19V DC PSU / no ATX supply! Keeps it tiny
- 8GB Corsair DDR3 1600. One stick would have been more efficient but had these
- 240GB refurbished corsair neutron GTX SSD
- Win 7 64 pro / Had a spare
- Overclocking... HAHAHA Yeah... Not with this mobo. Has pretty much ZERO overclocking features.
- Use an external USB hub with power switches as I have to turn on and off equipment as needed
- Use an external burner to burn disks, otherwise not needed

Love the size and efficiency. Have not put a meter on it but estimate only about 30w at full tilt. Plenty fast for office applications, general web work, basic photo editing, surfing or whatever. I have built some fast pc's but this one makes me laugh as it was so affordable and runs so well!

You can see how small it is next to my normal sized E6420 laptop and mouse...

SSD mounts under the mobo

Cover on the bottom bolts the ssd to the chassis and provides a wire channel under the ssd

First Build: - Built just for those past games that next-gen consoles don't have... & other general uses.
IMG_8081.jpg

CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB
Mobo: Asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU: NZXT Hale Power 90+ 550W
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury White Series 8GB 1866MHz CL10
Case: Aeorocool DS 200 White/Black Edition
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Monitor: LG 23EA63V-P

IMG_8083.jpg

I began to attempt cable management, but there wasn't enough clearance between the PSU and HDD rack so just gave up... Plus it wasn't a windowed case so wasn't too bothered.

IMG_8085.jpg

Here is mine. Its not much, but took me some time to save up for this build. As you can see, its lite on pocket to both build and use.

Coolie's Corner Desk

CPU: Intel i3 4130
GPU: Asus GTX 750 TI
RAM: Corsair 1600 2X4 GB
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256

UPDATED: Changed image to include the switch to the EVGA GTX 970 SC SLI setup!! - 10/01/2014

I updated my primary system on the first page to a Corsair 900D case and an AXi1200 PSU. I couldn't pass up them up, since they were free  I'm hoping in a month or two to replace my GTX 670 with two GTX 970's. I'm waiting for a few driver updates and them to become more available in the market.

Will update a better picture soon of the computer itself...

Couldn't resist taking a few new snaps of the rig after dropping the money on a 970.
Also cleaned up a hell of a lot of cables, bought a new acrylic window - imported from an American place, and added two fans since last time (That'll be... 11, case fans... now).

First thing's first, the shocking cable management, it's difficult to tell - but this isn't actually a screencap from the first Harry Potter just after they dropped down under Fluffy:

The card is... for want of a better word; beautiful:

And there it all is, really quite chuffed to bits:

The card overclocks like a dream.

Four switches, so my first question is, Youre not a Browncoat?
I'm normally one for seeing cables but your white/black contrast works nicely on my eyes, I'd swap the led fans for white Leds personally, i think the blue spoils an otherwise very nice build mate
Moto

Browncoat?? Not sure what you mean. Googled it but I'm not familiar with Firefly. I think I agree with you on the white leds. I have always loved blue LED lighting and have it on all kinds of stuff. Love it most on my boat! Although I may swap the LED fans out for white ones as you suggested to see the look. I'll post some pics when I do it.
