@jimthenagual ... I like the blue cables! I wanted to do that for my case swap but Corsair never had them in stock, so I went with black ones. I would look at the EVGA SLI bridge, which is what I did. I looks pretty nice, though the lights don't work with the no-reference EVGA card though :( . There is a mod you can do, if you like that kind of stuff, to get the light to work.

Hey guys!

This is my one month old PC, nicknamed it youMonster. Gaming PC.

9aTxBb.jpg

I know, I know... Razer Fanboy... But hey, they make a good product, whether or not it is overpriced. The mouse is a Razer DeathAdder 3500DPI from 2012, Keyboard Razer Blackwidow 2014, Headphones Razer Kraken 7.1 purchased about 2 weeks ago and loving the surround sound. The monitor is the Asus VG278HE, purchased for the size of 27" and 144Htz. Originally I had a smaller monitor, it was a 24" Asus monitor as well but I didn't like how the black was more of a dark grey colour so I returned it within a day :kaola:.

Removing the back side panel you can see that I have a Cooler Master M2 Silent Pro 1500W PSU and a WD 2TB Black HDD

VYaipm.jpg

The case is NZXT H440 Black and Red

Alright so for the internals, I have:
Intel Core i7-4790K CPU
Kingston HyperX Fury Series RAM 1 x 8GB (looking to purchase a second stick soon ;) )
Cooler Master V8 GTS CPU Cooler
Samsung 840 EVO SSD 120GB to store the OS, drivers, etc.
ASUS Maximus VII HERO Motherboard
Sapphire AMD R9 295X2

I went big with the graphics card as the main purpose of the PC is gaming. I am quite happy with the setup.

Looks even better with the lights off!

I think you have the same speakers as me. They are good speakers, dont "upgrade" and get the newer logitech models they don't sound as good as good, i have tried them.

Processor: 4820k 4 core 8 thread LGA 2011 (long story short, fried a used 3930k, almost baked it in the over but rma-ed it instead and got impatient so got 4820k.. got 3920k back from rma nib so sold it for twice the price i got it for :p)
GPU: Saphire R9 290X (shitty reference card with bad thermal paste but got bf4 for free so why not :p)
Motherboard: ASUS P9X79 LE (cheapest reliable mobo i could find, fried a gigabyte g1assassin 2 before :( )
RAM AMD 4x2GB 1833mhz (forgot its name)
SSD: Sandisk 120GB SATA 3 (not the fastest ssd but got it on ebay for 40$ so cant complain)
HDD: Some old 1tb i ripped out of old lappy
Case: RAIDMAX AEOLUS ATX-818WB Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case (cheapest midtower that had 2 fans up top but turned out heights too short to let 4 120x25mm thick fans to sandwitch the radiator so i got 4 15mm thick ones instead)
Cooling: Corsair H100 with 4 120x15mm fans in pushpull (the fancontrol and pretty much everything from this got fried except the pump but its been working so cant complain, plus i hated its light anyway and prefer using pwm) , sp120 as rear exaust and another for windtunnels intake, 2 shitty blue led on front intake)
WIFI: ATHEROS AR1111
Bluetooth: ATHEROS AR1005 4.0 + HS (pci combo, got it from the GB ass-ass-in 2)
Speakers: Logitech Z623 2.1 200w (boxers day from bestbuy)
Bluray: 15x Blueray burner pioneer
Power Supply: 1000-Watt 80 PLUS from Rosewill (cheapest 1k watt i could find)
Monitor: PS3D monitor 240ghz (it got discontinued so i got it off of ebay for 130$ :p )
Mouse: Logitech G602
Keyboard: Logitech TK820
Other Mods: PWM fans on radiator are tapped (thank you linus tech tips) and windtunnel for R9 290X with a Corsair SP120 high performance fan (Noticable temp drop and less throtlling + reference card's fan sounds like a lawn mower in uber mode so i kept it on silent and SP120 has alot of static pressure for an instake fan for the tunnel)
