Toshiba Satellite L355D startup problem

My Toshiba Satellite L355D, will not boot up now, its only 1 1/2 month old!! The bios won't display all its doing is displaying Toshiba on the front screen, any ideas?

If it is still under warranty, take it back to the dealer you bought it from.
