[SOLVED] Transferring Windows from Hard Drive to SSD

Hi,

I just got an SSD for my computer and currently Windows 10 is on my hard drive. I would like to transfer Windows 10 to my new SSD but keep the other files on my hard drive.

1. Is there a way to put Windows on an SSD while keeping your other files on the hard drive?
2. What is the best software/your favorite software for cloning to SSD?
