Question Turbo Boost not working on GA-H81M-DS2 ?

Well Hello guys, the things is that i cant get my cpu to turbo boost, my system is:
Motherboard: GA-H81M-DS2 REV.3.0
CPU: i7-4790
RAM: CORSAIR VENGANCE 1866 16GB running at 1600mz
PSU: EVGA 500w
GPU: 1650 SUPER

I dont know what to do to make turbo boost work helppp plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

how/what did you use to check for turbo boost?
check cpu temp?
