I bought this laptop in November of last year, I believe? Anyway, here are the dump files:

2/9/22

2/12/22

Edit: Those were mini dump files, my mistake. Here are the actual files: Click.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Big thanks to @Colif for their guide post.

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/gtf341Lp/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.
File information:021222-13218-01.dmp (Feb 12 2022 - 21:56:56)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Comment: One of the crashes mentions an NVIDIA program. While the programs themselves are usually not the issue, they can give you a hint at what was going on. BSODs are caused by hardware or drivers. While you wait for more answers, I would recommend using DDU in safe mode to clear out your current GPU driver, then reinstalling the latest driver (back in normal mode). Download both DDU and the latest driver before beginning. Full instructions are here.

Possible Motherboard page: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/...books/legion-series/legion-5-15ach6/downloads
There is a BIOS update available for your system. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

nvshelper is part of shadow play, another possible cause could be internet drivers

Do you use wifi or Ethernet?
ethernet drivers are from last year
May 10 2021rt640x64.sysRealtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver https://www.realtek.com/en/
as are WIFI
Aug 26 2021rtwlane6.sysRealtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN driver

I would run the auto update feature on the website link Gardenman showed above. it might even update GPU drivers for you.
