[SOLVED] Two slowly flashing red LEDs on GPU card ?

I just built a new PC, every part is new except for a secondhand GPU. When I try to boot for the first time, the monitor stays black and the card has these two slowly flashing red LEDs.
The card is an Asus ROG Strix GTX 1060 6GB OC.

Some googling suggests it’s a power issue, but my PSU is 550W which should be more than enough.

you are searching incorrectly, this is just rgb leds, notice white led nearby power connector, that one says power is ok, second led which isnt lit up would be red, that one would mean power problem if it was lit.

Have you cleaned connections and tried re-seating it into mobo ?

I shorted the CMOS pins on the motherboard and now everything is working.
