....AND 3 strikes is out - right?!

Jonathan Hi!

Wrote to this person & a couple of days later got
a "delivery status notification failure" so obviously
this person doesn't exist. NOW WHAT DO I DO TO REMOVE
THIS CONTACT ATTEMPT FROM MY COMPUTER? Am I able to edit
the registry?

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status
Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients,
due to being unable to
connect successfully to the destination mail server.

"emilystrange" Hi!

Have no idea who or what you are but your request to add
me as a MSN Messenger contact pops up everytime I log on
to read my email & I think you might have me mixed up
with someone else there.

Can you please cancel that request from your end.

Thankyou.

Greetings Garry,

As I've explained to you, this is all stored on the server on the reverse list. You cannot
do anything but add them to your blocked or allow list.

Your only other alternative is to cancel your Passport, wait a week or so for it to be
completely deleted and then start again from scratch.

Hi Garry,

I mean completely kill it (which is something you probably don't want to do):
https://register.passport.net/ppdelete.srf

You'll lose your contact list and any other associations you might have (MSN Games, etc.).

Jonathan Hi!

On access to the www.passport.com site I saw that if you
don't access your email it will de-register itself in 30-
90 days. So you are right - no way do I really want
to 'kill it' as I had to wait years to get this email
addy! The downside is I still get some of this other
blokes email, SPAM & JUNK email but that issue can be
addressed & eliminated gradual & daily basis.

However, this deluded individual 'emilystrange@koko.com'
has me confused up with a previous user & like a stray
cat I just refuse to feed her!! Regrettably, I cannot
take up your suggestion to add it to the "BLOCK" list
because I know from previous experience then it will sit
there for years in LIMBO LAND because her email addy is
now non-functional.

Hopefully, you Jonathan - can use your powers-of-
persuasion to get the MSN Messenger programmers to see
the light of day to make V.7.xx a lot more user-
friendly...
