Question Undervolt cpu how?

Hey I got the i9 12900k and the temps run hot I want to undervolt it so I can better temps please help

Voltage mode, negative offset -0.050, or -0.080. But someone should confirm.
For my i7 11700k this work great [-0.080V].

This video provides an example of how to do it, but they have an ASUS board. You'll have to find the equivalent settings if you have a board from someone else
