Question Upgrade help

Hello im thinking rather get better GPU or better CPU and more ram. I want some boost in fps . Im thinking either go for Ryzen 5 2600x and 16gb of ram, or GTX 1650super . MY Ccurrent specs are :

GTX 1050ti 4gb
ryzen 5 1400
ddr4 2400mhz 8gb
Gigabyte ab350m Gaming 3 mobo
corsai CX550m psu

A better GPU is probably your best option, with that budget, but I would recommend upgrading to faster ram, in the future. Get a 2x8gb kit of DDR4 3200. I have seen GTX 1660, around the $210 mark, and 1660 supers for if you can afford that much.
