Question Upgrades for 144fps gaming

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of upgrading my pc specs to at least match 144fps gaming in most games but with my current spec I'm not really hitting those numbers unless/sometimes not even hitting 144 when I play on Low settings, What should I upgrade to?

CPU: I5-4670k @3.7ghz
GPU: Gtx 1060 6gb
Ram: Corsair Vengeance & Unbranded 16gb 1600mhz
Mobo: Z87-GD65 GAMING
PSU: Corsair CX 750M
SSD & HDD

Games like Rainbow 6 , Gears 5 , Halo infinite, Warzone etc..

Budget wise not something crazy just enough to run the games smoothly, buying from anywhere in Europe tbh Amazon ebay and so on.
