Where I live I occasionally experience power flickers/interruptions. Over the course of 10 years I'd say I had over 15 or so interruptions that were strong enough to shut down or restart my PC. Truth be told, I've only learned about the existence of UPS' very recently (like within the last year) and have been doing off and on research about which one I should potentially buy. I'd like to purchase one to protect my gaming rig, for peace of mind but I'm a bit overwhelmed and intimidated. I kept putting it off out of uncertainty but last week, someone crashed their car into a power box and caused a brown-out early in the morning. Luckily my PC was off at the time but it only needs to happen once.
Specs:
EVGA P2 750 Platinum PSU
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
GTX 1660 SUPER
Tripp Lite Isobar Surge Protector (Solid metal)
House outlets are grounded (99% sure)
I'm currently looking at the CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD - https://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-CP1500PFCLCD-Sinewave-Outlets-Mini-Tower/dp/B00429N19W
Out of all, it seems to be one of the top choices? I still have a few concerns however -
-There's evidence showing that CyberPower is using cheap, conductive adhesive in the model, at least the earlier versions -

-On some sites, this product has the Proposition 65 warning - stating it has cancer-causing materials in its components.
-I'm very knew to UPS' so I don't know if they can be left on at all times, especially unsupervised while I'm at work and especially if the batteries are constantly being fed energy.
I know it's always a case of 'your mileage will vary' but I would like some insight and advice from anyone familiar with UPS' or this model in particular. Thank you.
