Question USB 3.0 only working as 2.0

My 3 USB 3.0 Ports are recognized as 2.0 USB ports.
This is after a clean windows install.

My laptop is the OP-LP2
I've checked online and I have the same issue that this other guy had: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/usb-3-0-only-working-as-2-0.3199610/
The USB Device Tree Viewer Shows there are 3.0 usb ports available but when I connect it it will connect as 2.0?

Usually you need to install USB 3.0 drivers for your specific laptop controller.

Ports 4 and 22 share the same physical port but have a different logical port ( one for usb 2.0 and the other for 3.0)

When I connect the usb it will load as a 2.0
(even though is a 3.0 usb drive)
I've tested on other computers and this is the only one that has these issues...

When you talking about USB Drivers you mean mobo drivers or what?

It's usually some "Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver" for you specific chipset.
