Question VGA debug light after installing a new PSU

I just installed a new PSU, 80+ bronze 700w to a 80+ gold 750w, after installation my pc wont display and the VGA debug light is on, please help

Specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5600x
GPU - RTX 4070 ventus 3x pc
RAM - Corsair vengeance lpx 32gb (2x16)
Motherboard - MSI A520 M A Pro
PSU(New) - Corsair RM750x

Btw the GPU fans are spinning upon booting
I also tried to turn on the system with only one stick of ram but that didn't work.

modular psu? check the cable on both end

what the old psu? did you reuse any psu cable from the old psu?

The PSU is full modular and I checked both ends of the cable and even plugged it into another spot but still the same thing.

The old psu was a game max rampage, it was non modular

put the old psu back and test it again.

I was able to fix it, i honestly dont know what fixed it but what i did was:

- Use a rubber and clean the ram
- Change pcie cable to a new one
- Reset cmos

After all this procedures it successfuly booted and is now displaying.
