[SOLVED] VGA light on Motherboard, PC starts after several restarts

This problem just started a few days ago. My computer now daily (in the morning when i boot it up) takes several restarts (today it took 4) to boot up successfully. When the PC does not boot up in the first few attempts, I've observed that everything lights up (mouse, keyboard), fans starts spinning (CPU, GPU) and all, though a white light on my motherboard is ON, actually two, one near the CPU FAN plug and another one that states VGA, and NO DISPLAY. Now after a few attempts it boots up, and i have no issues throughout the whole day (I'm typing this on the same PC). Though i want to clear out what the issue is. Is it the VGA wire or my GPU opting for a slow death

PC configuration -

Ryzen 3 1300X
MSI A320 motherboard (recently came back after repair from MSI)
8GB RAM 3000 (disabled the XMP profile, after reading on some forum about my issue)
GTX 750ti 2GB Stock Speeds (the only 2nd hand part)
500 GB of HDD
Corsair VS450 PSU

- Everything seemed to work but no display, then i cross checked with my friend's PC to figure out that the faulty part was the mobo. sent it to MSI as it was / and still is, in warranty. They fixed it and sent it back to me. Its working fine ever-since. Though i want to know what makes you think it could be the mobo i.e. the problem right now??

Because sometimes when people RMA their hardware through the warranty, the company manages to drop the ball - SOMETIMES - and people either get their hardware back with no changes, an already refurbished item with a completely different problem, or...
DOA(like, did they even inspect it before they shipped it?)!

So when I saw that you got a return through the warranty, it was normal for me to be skeptical.

It's common for 2nd hand 750Tis to have fakes in the mix.
I should've clarified - did you buy it local, or off a used market like Ebay?

Now with what i can make out of your reply / solution is that either the GPU is FAKE (not faulty / broken), or MSI messed up and MoBo is faulty in some way.
In case the GPU is fake, you can tell me through replying, and otherwise, should I resend the mobo to MSI to repair?? or WHAT

Now with what i can make out of your reply / solution is that either the GPU is FAKE (not faulty / broken), or MSI messed up and MoBo is faulty in some way.
In case the GPU is fake, you can tell me through replying, and otherwise, should I resend the mobo to MSI to repair?? or WHAT

Whoa now, lets do some basic troubleshooting.
Sudden restarts are usually caused by:
1)Failing or insufficient power supplies.
-Do you have a spare psu to test?
-How long have you had it?

2)Defective ram, or mixing incompatible kits.
-Did you mix kits? If so, are there any crashes if you test with 1 stick at a time?
-Scan your memory together with Memtest86: https://www.memtest86.com/
It can take a few hours, so I suggest taking a nap over it. The results should be error-free, no hangs or crashes.

3)Software, or corrupted drivers.
-Scan the PC for viruses/malware. Here's a link to Adwcleaner; it's pretty good at finding malware that tends to get past AVs: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Delete and quarantine everything it finds.
-Run a Windows DISM and system scan: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

4)If there's some error with the motherboard itself, it can also cause these problems. But I don't know how you'd go about testing that without replacing it, so do the other 3 tests first.

I have decided to wait until my computer TOTALLY STOPS booting up. Then i'll cross check for the defective part with the help of my friend's PC. Hopefully that'll make things fluid for my PC.
