All the above are showing.( This device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers for this device. Code 31)
I have tried updating the drivers. but it shows that the drivers are up to date.

Are you using panda antivirus or panda security? If so, it looks like the panda software created a virtual adapter or virtual ports. Try uninstalling the panda software. if all is well, reinstall it and see if the issue reoccurs.
