When I first got this pc and installed warzone it ran perfectly fine , times goes and I took a 4 month break from warzone and when I came back there was a massive update (ofc). After updating I noticed stutters and some textures have not in loaded in properly , its really werid the stutters make the game unplayable its really annoying , it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me fix this issue. You can find a image below to assist you (hopefully).

PC SPECS :
OS :Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i3 9100F @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel @ 2400MHz
MOTHERBOARD: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME H310M-E R2.0
Graphics Card : 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER
Storage: SDD and a HDD
SDD (OS is installed here) : Apacer AS340 120GB
HDD( Warzone is installed here): Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Badly loaded texture example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uUO4NYbS_ZC5T8z4G49e4H5AbFQqI_fs/view?usp=sharing (details are messing and this is not because I use low graphics)
Sorry I can't get a video of the stutters cause its impossible to record while running warzone (hopefully that image helps) , something MORE about the image ; sometimes the skin color of the player is completely white (not being racist!) I mean white white ( THIS WHITE)

Solution
Tell me more what should I do about it.
Some newer games will stutter with single channel RAM and for newer games 16gb is a better option, not essential for Warzone but better. Loading textures from a slow HDD into RAM running at half its possible bandwidth seems a possible reason for your problems. The best solution for this would be upgrading to a 2x8gb kit of RAM.

However before doing this I would try reinstalling the game. I’d also try a fresh install of the gpu driver. Use DDU to remove the current driver and then install the latest NVIDIA driver. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

I did try a reinstall, but it did not work better try re-installing GPU drivers , but other games do work fine except for halo infinite I did experience slight stutter here and there, but when I free up some ram using razor cortex the game runs smoothly ,but the character texture distortion is there too but it does not stay like that for too long unlike warzone.
