Question Was cleaning my pc with a electric blower now its not posting (Monitor not displaying)

Hey, Really need your help I have had this pc over 2 years or more now 2 days ago I ended up cleaning my pc with an electric blower removed my graphic card and ram first before doing so but now my PC will not give a display to my monitor and yes I'm 100% sure the monitor is perfectly fine. Here are the specs for my pc

Operating System: Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i9-7900x
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1080 TI
Memory: 16GB DDR4 Ram
Power supply: 1000W
Motherboard name is PK

Model: Acer Predator PO9-900

I have tried everything cleared the BIOS with the CMOS button on the back of the pc reseated graphic card ram sticks tried all ram slots with 1 working ram stick tried disconnecting and reconnecting all cables but it's still the same can't find the problem. Everything is working graphic card fan is spinning all other fans spinning LEDs on the motherboard working Watercooling system working I have tried removing the battery to clear bios left it out for 5+ mins like 10 times and have left it out for 10+ hours (left overnight) the pc will not turn off only when I power it off my self.

I have installed the beep speaker/buzzer on the motherboard this is the sound of it https://streamable.com/3vkckb there are 3 beeps 2 decently loud ones then a low low sound beep.

The motherboard slots fried itself idk how but it did left it for 30mins with no power going to it but somehow it fried noice

Make sure RAM is installed in correct slots.
