Question WD hard drive on dock station goes sleep mode

I have Orico docking station for Internal Western Digital 4TB Black hard disk drive . If i don't use the disk for 2-3 minutes the disk goes to sleep mode . I have disabled in power management setting ,set hard drive to turn off to "Never" and usb selective suspend setting to "Disable". I am not able to work if it goes to stand by if i want access files quickly , have to wait for few seconds for hdd to start spin.

sound like a feature on the docking station. does it come with manual?

It does come with an manual, but there is nothing helpful regarding the issue. Have uninstalled drivers in device manager still no good.

How is this dock issue? when i have disabled sleep in all category in power management section.

WD black was first installed as internal hard disk but due to its noise level i coudnt work at night times so been using it as external using dock station.

Yeah for some products. Not for this, As i checked windows has installed its standard drivers for it.

Also in the device manager , properties-events- Its shows "Device not migrated". Is this the cause related to it?
